Being a holder of a gaming machine operating licence advises that it has funds available
for distribution in accordance with its authorised purposes for the benefit of the local
community.
An application for a grant must be made on the correct form which can be obtained by
writing to the Trust or from the site at the Whitehouse Tavern situated at Dumas Place,
Papakura or download from this website.
Incomplete or incorrect applications will not be considered.
Further notice is given that the Trusts Net Proceeds Committee proposes to consider grants
for distribution on the 24th February 2010. Grants will be considered in accordance with
the Trusts grant criteria. A resume of such criteria being:-

Comply with the Department of Internal Affairs definition of authorised purposes

Papakura community based organisations

Correctly incorporated and administered organisations
-
Purposes of grants should generally provide the community with some ongoing benefit.

The applicants need for funding and other funding access will be taken into account.

Any persons having any complaint with regards to the distribution of proceeds by the
Whitehouse Tavern Trust should detail such complaint in writing to the Chairman of the Trust.

In the event that any application or member of the public generally has any complaint with
regard to the distribution of funds then such complaint should be forwarded in writing for
the attention of the Chairman of Trustees at the mail address P.O.Box 72-554, Papakura. All
such written requests will be immediately acknowledged and in due course the result of the
chairman's review and determination relative to the complaint will be communicated to the
complainant writing.
